Harvard Park
Description
This trail has a hard-packed surface, which eases travel for strollers and wheelchairs. It’s a flat path through lovely woods. For a longer walk, pass through the Stone Land onto the Maxant property. While this section is unmaintained and poorly marked, there are beautiful views of Bowers Brook and the Old Mill pond.
A recreation trail beginning near 71 Lancaster County Road provides a connection to the Prospect Conservation Area south of Route 2.

Description
The trail has several loops and winds through three distinct ecosystems: pine barrens (one of two such areas in Harvard), upland woods containing a mix of evergreen and deciduous trees, and the Cold Spring Brook waterway, which features a beaver dam.

Description
Millie’s Path follows the winding course of Bowers Brook through hardwoods and wetlands, passing interesting flora along the way. A brief walk on Old Mill Road leads to the Stone Field, a former pasture that provides a connection to Harvard Park.
Maxant Trail is current unmaintained and is more of a moderate difficulty.
