New Moon Hike under the Stars
Join us for a guided New Moon hike on Friday, February 20 at 7:00 p.m., and experience a
scenic trail under the darkest skies of the month.
What’s a new moon? A new moon occurs when the moon is positioned between the Earth and the Sun, rendering it virtually invisible. This celestial event creates the perfect conditions for stargazing, as the absence of moonlight allows the stars and constellations to shine brightly.
Bring your friends and family and we’ll gather around a firepit to warm up and enjoy hot
beverages and s’mores.
