Give to the Harvard Conservation Trust
and double your impact

For 50 years the Harvard Conservation Trust (HCT) has worked to preserve and protect the scenic beauty and rich wildlife that makes Harvard extraordinary. What started as a small group of concerned residents in 1973 preserving the first three-acre parcel of land has grown into a vibrant, non-profit organization that has acquired or placed conservation restrictions on more than 1,000 acres of land.

The work of preserving and protecting our open spaces, particularly in an era of changing climate conditions, requires long-range planning, significant funding, and the collaboration of residents, donors and partners. In celebration of all HCT has accomplished and with a clear vision toward the future, we have created a 50th Anniversary Fund to fuel the next era of land protection.

We need your help
When you give to the 50th Anniversary Fund, every dollar you donate will be matched for land protection efforts. And like all contributions to HCT, your donation is 100% tax-deductible. Your gift helps us:

  • Acquire land and protect wildlife, their habitats, and critical waterways
  • Build and maintain hiking trails for all to enjoy
  • Support local agriculture and protect farmland
  • Create outdoor educational and recreation opportunities and much more

Committed to the future
Preserving Harvard’s natural resources requires anticipating inevitable change, and working to shape a sustainable future for Harvard that includes clean air and water, an abundance and variety of wildlife habitats, and an outdoor culture that supports well-being now and for future generations to come. That is the mission of the Harvard Conservation Trust.  Please join us with a generous donation to the 50th Anniversary Fund.
